FDNY officials said nobody was injured after a fire broke out on the 4th floor of a residential building in Norwood shortly after midnight on Saturday morning, July 15, though one neighbor told us he saw some residents who were bandaged exiting the building during the incident.

FDNY officials said following what was described as a major technical rescue from a Bronx construction site in the Olinville section of the borough, six people suffered injuries, including three who were hospitalized. A 28-year-old man has died following a fatal shooting in the Wakefield section of The Bronx.
