The NYPD have arrested a man in connection to the fatal shooting of a 29-year-old male driver, shot on the Major Deegan Expressway on Monday evening, Nov. 21. The victim later crashed into “multiple” parked vehicles on Sedgwick Avenue in Kingsbridge Heights. Police said that at 4.50 p.m., officers from the 50th Precinct responded to a 911 call regarding a man who had been shot in front of 2891 Sedgwick Avenue in Kingsbridge Heights. Police officers from the 52nd Precinct are seeking the public’s assistance locating a 50-year-old woman who lives in Fordham Manor. It was reported to the NYPD that Yasmine Lefranc of 2516 Grand Avenue was last seen on Friday, Nov. 4, at around 4.30 p.m., leaving her home. She is described as female, is around 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs around 250 pounds, is Black with a medium complexion, has short black hair, and brown eyes.
