Fordham Manor: Spring Festivities Event held at Devoe Park

With the lifting of COVID restrictions and the return of milder temperatures, Friends of Devoe Park hosted a “Spring Sprouting Festivities” Easter celebration at Devoe Park on Saturday, April 30.   Inside the park, located at University Avenue and Father Zeiser Place in the Fordham Manor section of The Bronx, youngsters enjoyed a host of events including face painting, an egg hunt of with eggs filled with bubble-gum, as well as several rounds of musical chairs. In-Tech Academy Paint Club Students Honored at Publicolor Awards Ceremony

Tyeress Manley, a 10th grader at In-Tech Academy MS/HS 368 in Marble Hill, recalled hearing about Paint Club from a couple of friends. They had visited one of his classes and had told him that the club was a great way to relieve stress, and at the same time, have fun. Bronx Teen Charged with Murder of 16-Year-Old Angellyh Yambo & Wounding of Two Other Students

  Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. UPDATE 15-Year-Old & Now 18-Year-Old Arrested in Fatal Shooting of 11-Year-Old, Kyhara Tay, in South Bronx

The NYPD announced on Monday, May 23, that a second person, an 18-year-old male, has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of 11-year-old, Kyhara Tay, in the South Bronx. Bronx Man Charged with Attempted Murder in Soundview School Slashings Amid DV Incident

Bronx District Attorney Darcel D.
