AG James Orders Release of Video Footage of Shooting of Michael Rosado

Lawsuit Gives Blind Individuals Access to NYS Emergency Mass Notification System

People who are blind and use screen readers will now have independent access to life-saving information offered by “NY-Alert,” New York State’s Mass Notification System. Williamsbridge Man Sentenced in Fatal Grand Concourse Crash

  A Williamsbridge man who was convicted of manslaughter and assault following a horrific crash which occurred on the Grand Concourse in 2018, has been sentenced to four to ten-years in prison.   David Fennell, 49, of East 218th Street, was behind the wheel of a 2009 Mercedes-Benz ML 350, as he sped along the Grand Concourse at East 175th Street at 11 a.m. on May 18, 2018. Two Arrested after Wild Fordham Manor Crash Injures At Least Five

    A driver who ignored a police-stop, who was not being pursued by police, caused a three-vehicle crash that injured at least two vehicle occupants and three pedestrians at a busy intersection in Fordham Manor.   The incident was reported at 4:16 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 8, at the intersection of East Kingsbridge Road and East Fordham Road in Fordham Manor. Man Dies following Motorcycle Accident on Major Deegan Expressway

A 34-year-old man has died following a two-vehicle, motorcycle accident on the Major Deegan Expressway.   On Tuesday, Sept. 21, at around 10.39 a.m, police responded to a 911 call regarding a traffic accident that occurred on the southbound Major Deegan Expressway at the East 233rd Street exit, located in the 50th precinct, in the Bronx.   Upon arrival, officers observed a 34-year-old man lying on the roadway with severe trauma to his body.
