UPDATE Norwood: Fire at 52nd Precinct Under Control, No Injuries

Kingsbridge Area: 41-Year-Old Man Dies in Collision with NYC Sanitation Plow Truck

The NYPD has confirmed that a 41-year-old Bronx man has died following a car accident. Throggs Neck: Person Transported to Hospital following Vehicle Flip

One person was transported to hospital following a road accident in Throggs Neck.   The FDNY reported that emergency services received a call regarding an incident at 1.39 p.m. on Jan. 13, at Harding Avenue and Revere Avenue in the Throggs Neck section of The Bronx for a report of an overturned vehicle and motor vehicle accident involving an overturned vehicle. They said one person was transported to Albert Einstein Hospital. Longwood: 77-Year-Old Woman Dies, 7 Injured Following Fire / Explosion & Building Collapse

A 77-year-old woman has died following a morning explosion, fire and building collapse at a home in the Longwood section of the Bronx.   On Tuesday, Jan. 18, at approximately 10.54 a.m., police responded to a 911 call regarding a residential fire at 869 Fox Avenue. Upon arrival police discovered three injured victims.   An 82-year-old woman and a 68-year-old woman were removed to Jacobi Hospital, both in stable condition. A third victim, a 77-year-old woman, was also transported to Jacobi Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.   Five police officers were also taken to area hospitals in stable condition.

UPDATE Medical Incident Reported During Prayer Service of 17 Bronx Fire Victims

The FDNY confirmed no injuries were reported following a call received of a gas odor in the Morris Heights section of The Bronx.   An FDNY official said the department responded to a caller who reported a gas odor on Jan. 13, at 11.46 a.m. at 1800 Cedar Avenue, where they found no injuries. Morris Heights: FDNY Confirms No Injuries following Suspected Gas Leak

The FDNY confirmed there were no injuries arising from an incident reported on Jan. 13, at Omar Gourmet Deli Corp in the Morris Heights section of The Bronx, located at 1800 Cedar Avenue.   The alarm was raised at 11.46 a.m., following reports of a gas odor. The FDNY confirmed, on Thursday, a report of an overturned vehicle in the Throggs Neck section of The Bronx. They said they received a call regarding a motor vehicle accident at 13.39 p.m. on Jan. 13, at Harding Avenue and Revere Avenue in the Bronx.   Citizen’s App users had earlier posted that one person was seen trapped inside a vehicle. FDNY confirmed to Norwood News that they responded to the scene and that one person was brought to the Albert Einstein Hospital (Jack D.
