A 21-year-old male motorcyclist has died following a motor vehicle collision, police said.   On Tuesday, Nov. 29, at around 5.32 p.m., officers from the 50th Precinct responded to a 911 call regarding the vehicle collision at the intersection of Broadway and Caryle Avenue, near the north east corner of Van Cortlandt Park and the North Riverdale / Westchester County border.   A preliminary investigation determined that a 47-year-old man was driving a box truck and was making a U-turn at the location. After the polls closed on Tuesday, Nov. 8, the New York City Board of Elections released the initial, unofficial results of the general elections, based on a percentage of returned poll site scanners. A fatal fire in the Unionport section of the southeast Bronx has claimed the lives of four people, including three children, police said.   An NYPD spokesperson said the department was advised of the incident on Sunday, Oct. 30, at around 6.03 a.m. Officers from the 43rd Precinct responded to a call regarding a residential fire inside 2165 Quimby Avenue.
