A 40-year-old Bronx man has been arrested following a daylight shooting in the Mt Hope section of The Bronx, four months after he was released from prison for a separate crime. One person was hit during the shooting. Caban announced the unsealing of a complaint charging Miguel Diaz with firing a weapon outside a Mt. Eden deli in The Bronx last month, wounding a victim in the arm.
