NYC Department of Housing, Preservation & Development (HPD) has launched a housing lottery described as affordable at 3056 Decatur Avenue, a four-story residential building in the Norwood section of The Bronx, as reported by YIMBY. Designed by Node Architecture, Engineering, Consulting, and developed by Zef Perperpaj, the structure will yield nine residential units.

Located between Grand Avenue and Aqueduct Avenue East, the lot is a 6-minute walk from the 183rd Street subway station, served by the 4 train.
