Four people were injured following a burn-related incident at 739 East Gun Hill Road, the site of a new building under construction, on Monday morning, May 15, FDNY officials said. Developers and local officials recently gathered to celebrate the beginning of construction of a new multifamily rental property at 70 Pier Street in Yonkers, as reported by YIMBY. Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark announced on Tuesday, May 2, that a mechanic has been charged with criminally negligent homicide of his 25-year-old apprentice co-worker, for failing to implement critical safety features, which led to an elevator collapse in a building in the Mt.
