Burglars Steal ATM Machine in Indian Village

Detectives in the 49th precinct are investigating a burglary at the Liberty Diner, located at 2101 Williamsbridge Road, at Lydig Avenue in the Indian Village section of the Bronx.

 

The NYPD said the incident was reported at 3:51 a.m. on Tuesday, April 6, by a 29-year-old man who reported to police that unidentified men entered the location by breaking the front door with an unknown object and removed an ATM from the rear of the store. Police said there have been no arrests in the case, but are looking for the burglars who fled in a gray minivan.
