The third Bronx Real Estate Summit is happening this Wednesday at the Bronx Museum of Arts (1040 Grand Concourse).
The focus of the event is to share ideas about Bronx real estate with owners, developers, lenders and investors and to discuss strategies in addressing the challenges facing Bronx real estate development.
Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr. will be giving the opening remarks, followed by a panel discussion titled Finding Financing — Fear, Focus and Fortune. Panel guests include Seth Pinsky, president of New York City Economic Development Corporation, Elysa Goldman, director of development at Triangle Equities and Ron Moelis, CEO and chairman of L+M Development Partners.
The program will include breakfast and there is a $25 suggested donation. All donations will go to Teamwork Foundation, Inc., a sponsor of the New York Gauchos youth basketball program.
