University Neighborhood Housing Program is offering a free first-time Homebuyer’s Program that starts with a seminar on Thursday, May 30, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Concourse House, 2751 Grand Concourse.
UNHP will be offering ongoing homeownership counseling beginning on Friday, June 7, and then continuing on the first and third Friday of every month at the Northwest Bronx Resource Center, Concourse House, 2715 Bainbridge Ave., from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Services are free and offered by HUD (Bilingual) Homeownership Counselors.
Potential homebuyers can also get financial coaching and small business help from the Resource Center, located at Refuge House, 2715 Bainbridge Ave, near East 196th Street.
