Bedford Park: Two Sought in Shooting

The NYPD is appealing to the public for help identifying the two people seen in the attached video and photo who department officials said are sought in connection with an attempted assault / shooting that occurred in Bedford Park.

 

Police said that on Friday, June 2, at around 5.11 p.m., two people approached 2754 Grand Concourse Avenue and one displayed a gun and fired one round in the direction of a moped. They said the two then fled southbound on the Grand Concourse. “There were no injuries or property damage reported as a result of this incident,” a police spokesperson said.

Police said the first person sought is described as male, has a dark complexion, and was last seen wearing blue shorts, a white T-shirt, and white and red sneakers.

 

They said the second sought person is described as male, also has a dark complexion, and was last seen wearing a white tank top, light blue shorts, white socks and was carrying a bag.
