The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached video and photo who they say is one of two people wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred in Bedford Park.
Police said on Friday, April 4, at around 8.50 p.m., the victim, a 24-year-old man, was walking in front of 3235 Grand Concourse when he was approached by two unidentified people on a moped. “The individuals simulated a firearm and forcibly removed the victim’s gold chain,” a police spokesperson said. “The individuals then fled on the moped southbound on Grand Concourse.”
Police said there were no injuries reported as a result of the incident.
