Bedford Park: Man Sought for Raping Woman

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying and locating the person seen in the attached video and photo who they say is sought in connection with a rape that occurred in Bedford Park.

 

Police said that on Sunday, Oct. 13, at around 1 a.m. in the vicinity of Webster Avenue and East Mosholu Parkway South, a 25-year-old female victim was approached by a man who sexually assaulted her. They said he then fled on foot, traveling southbound on Webster Avenue and victim was later transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition.

They said the person is described as male, has a slim build and a dark complexion, who was last seen wearing all black.
