Bedford Park: Group Sought for Robbery of 62-Year-Old Woman

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the three people seen in the attached video and photos who they say are wanted in connection to a robbery that occurred in Bedford Park in mid-June.

Police said that on Monday, June 17, at around 7.05 a.m., a 62-year-old female victim was approached by an unknown person at the southeast corner of Goulden Avenue and West Bedford Park Boulevard.

They said the suspect walked up to the victim from behind, grabbed her and tossed her to the ground, stealing her purse.

They said the suspect then fled in a four-door sedan with two other unknown individuals to parts unknown. “No injuries were reported at the time of the incident,” police said.
