A sign maintenance company from New Jersey was seen repairing Bedford Park’s Gastor gas station sign after it was left in a precarious position following damage during recent storms, as reported.

The storm had left the towering heavy sign precariously tilting to one side at a near 45-degree angle, and in danger of falling on top of passersby.

The crew spent several hours in a cherry picker moving the sign back into place and eventually securing it. Employees of the gas station had placed caution tape and traffic cones around the sign in efforts to warn passersby of the danger it might fall before workers arrived.
