Bedford Park: Applications Filed with DOB for Demolition & Alteration of 2875, 2877, and 2879 Valentine Ave

APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN filed with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) for the demolition and alteration of three adjacent buildings located at 2875, 2877, and 2879 Valentine Avenue in the Bedford Park section of The Bronx, as reported by YIMBY.

Applications have been filed with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) for the demolition and alteration of three adjacent buildings at 2875, 2877, and 2879 Valentine Avenue in the Bedford Park section of The Bronx, as reported by YIMBY.

 

The real estate outlet reported that Dedaj Construction Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications, and that the applications are currently in the plan examiner review phase.

 

All three existing properties stand three stories and 24 feet tall, and according to YIMBY, the proposed demolition and alteration at 2879 Valentine Avenue will make structural stability changes to the building, which spans 1,317 square feet and contains three residential units.

 

The proposed demolitions at 2875 Valentine Avenue and 2877 Valentine Avenue will clear 1,305 square feet and 1,317 square feet of space, respectively, and each of the latter properties currently contains two residential units.

 

Mohammad R. Badaly is listed as the applicant of record for all three projects, and no estimated completion date has yet been announced for the new / altered structures.
