The proposed, 38-foot-tall development will yield 29,679 square feet designated for residential space, incorporating 34 living units, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 872 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, a 56-foot-long rear yard, and 30 open parking spaces.
