There were no injuries following a road accident when a female driver crashed into a Dunkin Donuts in the Allerton section of The Bronx.
Police said that on Saturday, Sept. 9, at around noon, cops from the 49th Precinct responded to a motor vehicle collision in the vicinity of Pelham Parkway North and White Plains Road.
An NYPD spokesperson later said, “Preliminary investigation reveals a 38-year-old female was operating a 2007 Mitsubishi traveling eastbound on Pelham Parkway North.” The spokesperson said the driver got distracted, lost control of the vehicle, and collided into a wall of a Dunkin Donuts at the location. The spokesperson said there were no reported injuries and no arrests, following the accident.
