The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying and locating the man seen in the attached photos who department officials say is sought in connection with an alleged sexual offense [forcible touching] that occurred aboard a BX12 MTA bus on the border of Allerton and Pelham Parkway.
Police that on Friday, May 26, at approximately 4.30 p.m., a 28-year-old woman was aboard the BX12 bus (5544) at the intersection of Pelham Parkway and White Plains Road, when a man approached her and allegedly rubbed and pressed his erect penis on her buttocks. “The victim then exited the bus and the male individual remained on the bus [and continued] to parts unknown,” police said. “The victim did not sustain any physical injuries as a result of this incident,” they added.
Police said the perpetrator is described as male, has a medium complexion, is estimated to be between 18 and 25 years of age, has a medium build and was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with lettering on the front, blue shorts, white sneakers, a black Du-Rag, black headphones and was carrying a black book bag.

According to New York Penal Code § 130.52, the legal definition of forcible touching is touching the intimate or sexual parts of another person to receive sexual satisfaction or, even, for no legitimate reason at all. Forcible touching is a misdemeanor, Class A, and is not a felony like most other crimes of sex.
