On Wednesday November 18, 2020, at approximately 11 a.m., an off-duty New York City employee was arrested in the 45th precinct in the Bronx. The precinct covers Co-op City and City Island.
Christopher Orere, 36, from the Administration for Children’s Services was arrested and charged with assault and harassment.

The Norwood News runs the Bronx Youth Journalism Heard, a journalism training program for Bronx high school students.
