![Monroe College said so long to its graduating class with a ceremony at the Jacob Javits Center early this month. Monroe College President Stephen Jerome conferred degrees for its associate, bachelor's and graduate students. An undercurrent of pride coursed throughout the ceremony for Monroe College, which was recently recognized by US News and World Report release of the "214 Best College Rankings" edition. "What has never changed and never will," he said, "is our formula for student success. We have a culture of caring and personalized service. We have a mission of providing access and opportunity. We serve students who are motivated to work hard to enrich their lives."
