The NYPD is seeking the public’s help locating a 35-year-old man reported missing from Fordham Manor.
Police said that Windelby Caceres, 35, of 75 E 190th Street left his home on Monday, March 31, at around 1 p.m. They said he is described as a 35-year-old male, around 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 185 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. They said he was last seen wearing black jeans, a white shirt, and black sneakers.
