Mt. Hope: Police Search for Mom and Missing Baby Girl Amid Custodial Interference Incident

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help locating the female infant, who is reported missing, and her mother who are seen in the attached video and photos. They said the mother is sought in connection with a custodial interference incident.

 

Police from the 46th Precinct said that on Thursday, June 27, the 19-year-old mother visited her one-year-old female infant and fled with her. They said the missing child was last seen with her mother on Thursday, June 27, at around 1.15 p.m. at 1780 Grand Concourse in the Mt. Hope section of the borough.

They said the infant is described as a Black female with brown eyes, is around 2 feet tall, and weighs around 30 pounds. They said she was last seen in a gray stroller, wearing blue shorts, a blue t-shirt with character designs on it, and blue Nike Jordan sneakers.

 

Police said the missing child is identified as Khloe Jackson, and her mother, the woman sought, is identified as Kaylah Jackson, 19.

 

Kaylah Jackson is described as female, has a dark complexion and dark hair, is around 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weighs around 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue shorts, and black croc sandals, and was carrying a gray backpack.
